Forget your Library PIN? Now you can reset it yourself!

1 July, 2008

Great news for the memory-challenged!  Now you can reset your Library PIN yourself without Library staff intervention.

If you forget your PIN, click on the Forgot your PIN? link on any Library login page, or find the link on the MyLibrary Login page.  After submitting your student or Library number you will receive an email with a link to a page that will allow you to reset your PIN.

Note: the link in the email is only active for 3 hours.  If you don’t get to check your email within that time you will need to submit another PIN Reset request.
