Informaworld interruptions Sat 27 Sept 2008
23 September, 2008Due to some essential maintenance on Saturday 27th September 2008 there may be intermittent access to informaworld. Informaworld is expecting two short periods of downtime throughout the day which will last a maximum of thirty minutes.
Informaworld provides access to publications from Taylor & Francis, Routledge, Psychology Press and Informa Healthcare.

Database access unavailable – Sat 6 Sep 2008
6 September, 2008Unfortunately we are having problems restoring access to our online resources, databases, journals, etc. after today’s server upgrade. We are urgently working on the problem and apologise for the inconvenience.
If you are on campus, and have a desperate need for access to a resource, please contact one of the Information Desks, and they can provide you with a temporary workaround. If you are off campus, it is not so straightforward, but staff at the Information Desk may still be able to help.
*URGENT* Library system maintenance, 5-6 September, 2008
22 August, 2008The Library System will be unavailable from 9:00 pm Friday 5 September, 2008, due to necessary system maintenance.
Service is expected to be restored by mid-afternoon on Saturday 6 September, 2008.

- Self Checkout units
- Circulation
- Requesting/holds/bookings

Off campus database access problems
24 April, 2008We are currently experiencing widespread problems accessing our databases from off campus. It’s not a problem for everyone off campus, and there are no problems on campus. At this stage we haven’t identified the cause, but are working hard on it.
If you having problems, one thing that may help is clearing your browser cache and cookies.
In the meantime, if you are able to you could come on campus to use our resources. Our apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.
